Unconcious Bias WCImplicit or unconscious bias is the hot topic for individuals and organisations trying to understand how our biases influence the decisions we make. Professor Jennifer Saul, University of Sheffield, is a leading researcher in this area and will deliver an insightful and interactive session.

 

Course Aims:

  • Introduce implicit or unconscious bias;
  • Provide participants with an opportunity to explore their unconscious biases;
  • Develop an action plan to manage the impact of these biases
